Soy Reference Materials are now available for food laboratories and food manufacturing plants to verify both qualitative and quantitative test methods. The Soy Reference Material is manufactured using a soy protein isolate in an inert base matrix and is certified by two methods.
Currently the Reference Material is formulated at three different levels: 0, 10 & 25ppm. The actual method performance values are listed on the Certificate of Analysis supplied with each batch of product.
