Reference materials are now available for in-house verification of test methods for the detection or quantitation of peanut residue in foods or environmental surfaces. The reference materials have been manufactured using characterised peanut flour in an inert base matrix. The reference materials are certified using two test methods, and are available in bottles of 50g.

Formulated at 0, 5 and 10ppm with actual method performance values listed on the Certificate of Analysis.
